He's good at heading and walking out with the ball, pinging passes under no pressure. Yet to be tested this season.

Great win for them, but a strange performance from Salah I thought.

He was genuinely terrible first half. He's the kind of player who plays on the periphery a lot and then explodes into action, which is fine, but his passing was horrendous in the first half and the finish when he was gifted a one on one was awful.

Defensively I think they look a lot more solid, mainly due to their pressing.They'll hope that this offsets any drop in performance going forward if Salah doesn't hit the same heights (which he clearly won't).

I actually spotted a lad, who I know has zero interest in football, wearing a RS top in town yesterday.

City are heavy favourites, but it was a good win for us and we deserved it. First post and I won't take the piss as I have loads of Everton mates stemming back to the eighties, am I ok to post on here or not ?
