I did answer. I said people who avoid tax should be prosecuted. Maybe his father wdnted a better standard of education for his child than he received himself or the enviroment of state schools in the 70's was a harsh enviroment for a black child growing up in 70's Stoke. Anyway I am off to shoot some pheasant and back scuttle the cook.
