I hope there is, wont be anyone else to blame this timeMy brothers just come in from town and said there were loads already bevvied at noon by Williamson Square when he walked across to The Globe for a couple of pints before his train. At Lime Street, a train from further afield arrived as he got there and spewed out a load of them singing that Allez dirge and then another train from Wigan emptied out with another load singing it. It'll be like Waco downtown tonight with them all. Im sure some of them don't realise its a night match...they'll be legless by 5 o clock. Hope theres no trouble.
If they lose it doesn't bear thinking about..mass kick offs I fear...town is not the place to be tonight....My brothers just come in from town and said there were loads already bevvied at noon by Williamson Square when he walked across to The Globe for a couple of pints before his train. I wasn't thinking about them to be honest, but anyone in need of an ambulance as they'll all be tied up dealing with drunks/fight aftermath etc. Bad enough just before Christmas usually with D & I morons flaking out...we waited nearly an hour once when I had a heart flare up and they were worried when they arrived that I hadn't made it. Being a Saturday night adds to it.I hope there is, wont be anyone else to blame this time
Stay at home if you can today, I've been in work today and this lot beats last year's collection of bellwhiffs hands down.My brothers just come in from town and said there were loads already bevvied at noon by Williamson Square when he walked across to The Globe for a couple of pints before his train. It's like gizmo got fed after midnight and a hundred thousand gremlins hatched and are marching around, oblivious to how big a knobhead they actually look.
This is the scruffiest bunch of tramps and meffs you'll ever come across in your born days, they make Geordies look like Bertie Wooster, even the kids are proper scruffs. NHS specs held together with sticking plaster like mini-Jack Duckworths.

I was walking down Smithdown Road/Greenbank Road around 1pm there were a fair few of them ambling around adorned in their shirts and scarves. My brothers just come in from town and said there were loads already bevvied at noon by Williamson Square when he walked across to The Globe for a couple of pints before his train. Great pub which I still frequent. It still amazes me how close it is to Coopers and the Midland but somehow miraculously keeps the dross away.Used to love a beer in The Globe.
There will be tonnes of places to watch, including official fan zones and countless bars. Would be funny, though.Apparently there’s no big screens and bars closing at 6 so the thousands of unwashed will have to watch the match sat in a square in Madrid without a drink watching on a phone.
Livin’ the dream...
