There were 12 and remember that none of the Sky favourites features in this august list:

Everton Bolton Wanderers Burnley Stoke City Aston Villa Accrington (defunct since 1896- not Acc Stanley) Blackburn Rovers Derby County West Brom Wolves Preston and Notts County.
