Did the RS limit us to 200 tickets so we wouldn't embarrass them by massively outnumbering them on Monday

For reasons that make zero sense, Everton were allocated only TWO HUNDRED tickets (which we sold out)

Oh yes, there were only 4,100 in the rest of the ground including many more Blues given the reaction to the goals.

17,525 at Goodison for Everton U23 vs Liverpool U23 May 8 2017 - also on a Monday night.

Seems we can get the locals out a bit more than our 'local-ish' Rivals for a mini Derby.

I'm pretty sure that Bayern would fancy their chances if they get through the tie against the rs. They are one of the big boys and even a poor Bayern team should have enough to make it in the CL.

It's a bit more difficult for them to sell their tickets to friends family and tourists for the u23s .
 

I see the special dispensation committee has reconvened for Lent. The RS must have got Egypt's Golden Boy to put the arm on them to sort this....its got their grubby fingerprints all over it.

The two matches would have seen Salah travel over 9000 miles but fortunately for the Reds Egypt boss Javier Aguirre has decided not call him up and allow him to rest.

Them getting knocked out now gives them a clear run with City in three competitions. I'd rather they got through and take the risk.

Atletico Barcelona

PSG City

Then the semi was this?

Liverpool Roma

City Atletico


Would you really want a scenario like that unfolding again? Where they only have to go on a mini europa league run to get to yet another CL final? No thanks. Straight out to Bayern please.

This.

Liverpool would get the easiest draw out of any teams left in the competition, then get everything handed to them on a plate by the officials. I want them out of the CL as soon as possible .
