ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

According to a itv news report this morning they held Bayern to a nil nil draw which is great as I thought it was s bad result but obviously not.

Smashing
The home team, at all mighty Analfield with it's epic European nights, being celebrating for holding the away team to a draw even though they didn't try to score?

You've got to give it to the red media, they'd give Goebbels a run for his money in the ol' spinning a yarn and outrageous propaganda stakes.

Er, I know you mean this in a sense of fun, but there are people on here who know the families of the Manchester Arena bombing and they're going to be offended by this. No more eh ?

Rather than, y’know, actual muslims?

Spoke to a good mate of mine today. A 49yr old Kent fella with NO affinity to Liverpool whatsoever who 'supports' the RS (& has brainwashed his kids into the cult as well) who was 'quite happy' with a draw as 'it could have been worse' & 'we didn't concede'.

Deluded.

Love the double standards Klipperty has with other managers. He runs on the pitch to celebrate but get annoyed when another manager congratulates his players at the end.

I'm still waiting for the day when José returns as a manager of a PL club and celebrates a late winner at Analfield by running around the pitch like a mad man.

The tears and cries from Klopp and his beloved faithful will be a wonder to behold.

I see Klopp has resorted to his defensive Rodgers-esque post match garble regarding that result last night. Apparently it was "the best draw..".. "nobody will remember this game in 20 years"... "the (BM) fullbacks stayed in their half "... "a goal would have changed things". And theyre the more lucid soundbites out of the gurgling.

He doesn't sound to bad then considering they never won, no mention of thunder, lightening, rain, wind, sinkhole's or earthworms. Referee have a good game ?.

A draw isn't the end of the world really. No away goal conceded is never a bad thing.

However their away record is awful and Bayerns home record is superb, so really there should be only one winner.

Also surely the balls gonna stop just hitting Alisson eventually. 3 massive games this season he's made a save where he hasn't had to move. (Us with Gomes, Milik for Napoli and last night.) Not to mention the amount of times he gets caught with the ball and never gets punished.

They wont beat Utd on Sunday, they wont win at Goodison and they'll go out of Europe in Germany this is the wobble lads I can feel it in my bones

The United game is key. Their record there is poor but they’ve managed to win in the seasons when they’ve challenged before. Hopefully United’s counter attacking game could work well if Solskjaer plays sensibly against them and make Liverpool create the play.

Not sure how Bayern Munich can be classed as crap like. Maybe not as good as jupp or peps team but still littered with quality players.

It is rather amusing how the media seem to think going to Munich will be easy for them though. As if.

Some of them thought it would be a walkover. Just like before Kiev they’ve ere predicting 3 or 4 nil against Bayern Munich. Their arrogance knows no limits. Even now, after being comfortably held at home by a depleted Bayern, they are back predicting that their front three are going to devestate them at the Allianz. I really don’t know how they have the front to make these claims with a serious face on.
