Besides that burn out/dropping off in intensity: how does this feller actually get the goals he's got? I look at him and constantly marvel how defenders step aside for him or commit themselves to a challenge like an ale house player. The reality is that Salah is just not that good.

Serious question, they’ve lost four consecutive finals now how many others teams have done that in this country because I can’t really think of any ? I accept there might be a couple but I’m struggling.

Since they last won a cup: Man City (x5), Chelsea (x4), Manure (x4), Arsenal (x3), Leicester, Swansea and Wigan domestic/European honours.

I'm sure the lurkers will gleefully recall our own failures since 1994, which we can't hide from, but when you compare the two squads...

Their own bold claims of having the world's best in Suarez and Salah and numerous other extravagant signings, but still not success?

Sorry what I mean is I can’t think of English teams losing four successive finals , there probably is but it doesn’t spring to mind . They’ve also blown a league title to finish second in that time as well .

Sadly Mate I’ve been to pretty much all of them but four consecutive seems unusual and you can throw the league in .

I think it’s semi finals isn’t it ? It deffo used to be
