Its unreal how thick, in-patient and rude they can be.

I think there should be a rule that if a customer is giving [Poor language removed] you should be able to give it back. Never mind this polite "customer is right" bollocks. If someone is being a nob head, you call him a nob head.

I've seen her do this. She takes no crap from some of the idiots she gets, makes me laugh and I have to walk away.

I agree with this, within reason.

Its all about crossing the line, customers get upset (the British more than near enough anyone, often without cause) but if a customer becomes rude then its time to readdress the balance.

Which can be a lot of fun.
