E-Ticketing - a good story

Yeah, that was the number I was trying (which is apparently a "non-geographic" telephone number that doesn't work in some countries).

Just to add to this story, I got onto the national telephone company who had no idea why it wasn't working and couldn't help.

Luckily I live close to the border, so in desperation I used my mobile phone to choose a provider from that country and got through (at the cost of a EU roaming call!).

I will add to what BlackToffee said about the extremely helpful people on the FanLine who finally managed to change my details in the same way that his were and where I'm now able to log into efcticketing.

Where are you phoning from, outer mongolia? Just sounds weird - and if normal, if I was Everton, i'd be worried. It maybe a small minority who book abroad, but we need to ensure that we are in contact with all our fans, wherever they are based.

Austria (and I had to get a mobile connection from Germany to succeed). Hardly Outer Mongolia... but it probably won't get changed until they come here for pre-season sometime and can't get through to the ground on the normal phones. (Although they might think that's an advantage?)
