Weird grab at a straw. Saying that, it should ignite this thread for another 48 hoursFor anyone who said our fans don’t post death threats I would invite them to look at DCLs wife’s instagram stories. Horrendous.
Indeed. And it took no time at all for it it be brought to the public’s attention, to be fully condemned by the rest of the fanbase, and is now under police investigation. Please show the same for the board members? Didn’t happen did it?For anyone who said our fans don’t post death threats I would invite them to look at DCLs wife’s instagram stories. Horrendous.

Therefore proving if the death threats to the board did happen we’d have all seen themFor anyone who said our fans don’t post death threats I would invite them to look at DCLs wife’s instagram stories. Horrendous.
Sounded like Rod Hull's telly.Sean was on the radio commentary for the cup final and I thought there was interference on the signal.
What channel are they going to release them through? Start an even bigger war with the supporters? Therefore proving if the death threats to the board did happen we’d have all seen them

What I’m saying is, based on the way fans act in small times of desperation (death threats with small things) , it’s likely to have happened based on how much anger their was towards the board at the time.
Were the board genuinely fearful for their lives? No I don’t think so, but they could use it against the fans. Releasing the information would’ve caused an even bigger [Poor language removed] storm and would’ve been an escalation of war against the supporters. They simply used this as an excuse not to attend the game.
Short version: is it likely they received death threats through the online space? Yes based on fan behaviour for other smaller events.
Did the board use this to their advantage to escape culpability? I believe they did.
You think The board didn’t want to declare war on the supporters ? I mean they did exactly that , released provable lies to such an extent a major football pundit apologised for being deceived and the police themselves said they’d had no reports .What channel are they going to release them through? Start an even bigger war with the supporters?
