Shambles for Palace really. The onus is on McNeill now. If he wants a move, he needs to play for one. At a bit of a career crossroads.

I'm surprised they've never tried converting him into this tbh. Played the odd game as a proper WB and looked suited to it, just we hardly ever playe the system. We should have given it a go in pre season instead of signing a LB we had no intention of using in Aznou.

Something tells me mcneil won't be happy with this, going from chief playmaker to makeshift fullback isn't a promotion.
