Not saying he was great but it wasn’t a co-incidence that we actually played some football when we have a footballer playing at 10.

Keep him there, N’Diaye looks a threat cutting in from the left.

Agreed. He was dreadful against Spurs. Some players only pass back, it seemed all he wanted to do was dribble back.

But we're a completely different team when you have a guy in that spot that has even a little bit of skill.

Moving him out wide, taking Ndiaye off and bringing Doucoure on, followed by DCL off and Beto on, has to rank as one of the worst tactical changes in football history,

Dyche expects his wide players to defend and protect the full back. Yesterday proved without doubt that the full back doesn’t have to defend furiously if the player in front of him makes the opponents think. They can’t bomb forward, they get pulled out of shape, they double up. Completely different game.

Move a more defensive minded and slower player back out wide at precisely the moment the other team decide to just go for it; they were throwing caution to the wind and we removed all risk for them, gave them the green light.

Not convinced on Dwight in the middle, but seeing the opposing full back getting rinsed and how much it pegged them back and avoided the usual onslaught should be so obvious.
