Depends on how swollen it is/was. Though yes, given this amount of time you'd think they'd have a good look at it.

He last played in the Wolves game - 7 weeks ago. I don't see how there is any way they wouldn't have realised in that time, if it was an ACL injury.

He did more or less rule out cruciate injury...he doesn't think it is too bad...just not quite right...was trying to be positive but at the same time he said that if there is surgery, then it's minimum 4 to 6 weeks of recovery, even if it's not a bad injury.

He could have surgery and still be back this season, but you are probably talking April for the run in.

We have a very difficult end of the season that even with mcneill as an option it might be difficult to get many points, so hopefully we'll be safe by then...

I suppose it depends if it's still the same injury that's the problem, or if he made it worse today, or got a new injury in training today.

Sounds more like a meniscus tear.
