Finch Farm pitches. Investigate.

…I’ve said for an age how firm they are but they are the same as most top level pitches. Seems like they hoped time would heal but the reality is they’ve wasted time.

A bit weird the McNeil stuff, Moyes didn't rule out a cruciate injury, surely a scan would have confirmed this weeks ago?
He did more or less rule out cruciate injury...he doesn't think it is too bad...just not quite right...was trying to be positive but at the same time he said that if there is surgery, then it's minimum 4 to 6 weeks of recovery, even if it's not a bad injury.

He could have surgery and still be back this season, but you are probably talking April for the run in.

…presume that means had he gone under the knife immediately, he’d be back playing now.

We have a very difficult end of the season that even with mcneill as an option it might be difficult to get many points, so hopefully we'll be safe by then...
