Saw something the other day that suggested his Mrs had been poorly, she posted this earlier today so appears they have both been through quite a bit this year.
Incredible it’s not obviously affected him on the pitch, so hoping 2024 brings them some better health.

Dyche said post match that McNeill had had a lot going on recently outside of football.

Good luck to both of them. Wishing her well in her recovery, brave girl and top bloke. They threw themselves into the EITC stuff I believe. Makes me tear up when those going through tough times still think of others.

Shouldn’t really make anyone want to cheer him any louder for kicking a ball around, but when you hear some of the behaviour these days of those both in and out of the public eye, it’s nice to hear when someone you support stands for the right things, and has some real genuine guts.
