One of the poorer performers today, didn’t seem to be able to keep his feet or his balance, too easily shrugged off the ball. Even though Harrison and McNeil didn’t have good games on the ball they both worked really hard off the ball and contributed to the win. We look a bit more balanced in the wide positions this season when we don’t have the ball - not having Gray or Iwobi out there makes a big difference.

Lack of pace is hampering him in games this season.

Teams are showing him down the line but he hasnt got the pace to outrun the full back.

He’s best when he drifts into the middle. He’s never been quick enough to beat his man and put a cross in. Still think he’d be a very productive player in Doucoures spot.

But he was dreadful today, constantly pushed off the ball, regardless of his lack of wing play.

Yes thats why the show him outside, knowing he doesnt have the pace.

Both wide players and Doucoure put the effort and hard yards in defensively.

But all 3 of them this season have been effective and workmanlike...while I cant help feeling we need some Xfactor.
