After suffering similar problems last season. I am again suffering the same this. I cannot get the game on that I have paid for.
I thought that the IT team at Everton would have learnt lessons from last year, but obviously not.

Is this going to happen every game? Will I get a refund for every game that YOU fail to deliver to me?
