He has got his licence up to UEFA A. Just hasn't got the final stage which is UEFA Pro which focuses on management.

He's had no intention of going outside to get a manager's position and he just saw his role here as holding on like a limpet to a coaching post.

THAT is the type of person some hero worship and (incredibly) would like as our permanent manager. Unreal.

For me he has to have the cup as well, if he is the boss on Sunday they cant then get someone on Monday and 48 hours later they take charge for the biggest game of the season
