It looks as though Duncan is going to take up a management position at Blackburn.

If he does go, I wish him all the best.

Wish him all the best if he goes. Looked a bit like a spare part since Lampard came in so probably best all round if he does try and develop somewhere else.

It would be great for him. I would not be surprised at this. Lampard has a big staff and he has looked a bit lost in the dugout in recent weeks.

I have thought that too. Not particularly visible throughout the recent period.

Said in the other threat that I hope he does go, I hope he’s successful too.

If he’s successful it means one day, he may very well end up managing us in the future, which I hope he does.

Nothing concrete yet though, but hope he gets it and flourishes.

I hope he does for his own sake, he needs to get out of his comfort zone. If he ever hopes to manage Everton, he has to first go and prove himself elsewhere. It will be interesting to see what kind of a coach he is when he is the man in charge on a long term basis.
