I don't care how long you've been at a club and been the #2 or whatever he is, its madness to give a top flight managerial job to someone with 0 experience leading a club.

Think Rangers would be mad to appoint him. He definitely should go and get managerial experience somewhere though if he harbours any ambitions of being a successful manager, let alone managing Everton.

Think rangers would be perfect for him, it he's got anything about him he'll be atleast challenging Celtic every year for the cups.

If he hasn't got it he'll be shown up and can come back as a coach and put to bed any ideas he's got of managing us.
