Dos Santos

true, he's set up chances and as i said been the only one creative other than the one who just scored....in this game which was my point, he over 45 mins was better than anyone

our very own fantastic pienaar, can not be called fantastic today

The Tottenham lad is looking dangerous for Mexico down the right-hand side. He's behind Lennon and Bentley in the pecking order at Spurs. They loaned him out to Ipswich last season where he scored 4 goals in 8 appearances. He also went to Galatasaray with a view to a permanent move. He's only 21. He was highly-rated at Barcelona before making the move to North London.

Maybe an option on a cut-price deal or as a loan signing to offer us pace and guile down the right?

didn't he do that song with that bird out of the pussycat dolls????

Fair do's, opinions and that, and the lad has some potential - but I think the pedestal being set up was a bit too high.

Oh god yeah.....hence saying he's only worth 5m ish. Just strikes me as a player who could kind of get a place in teams at the top, or randomly sign for like Blackburn or Bolton....? We all know he'll probably go missing in the next 2 games, but can only judge on so far...

This will be the common theme in the World Cup, loads of online electronic scouting wannabees will be salivating over players based on one performance.

Then going mad when we don't sign this year's Amokachi or Poborsky.

I am sorry, but Poborski doesn't deserve mention in this category...

Dos Santos is looking well today, I'm thinking if it's because he is playing more central today - he was a failure as a winger in recent years, plus he has a big head, and what is worst - his dad also has a big head.

Dos Santos is the new Poborsky, or that lid who scored the goal. All of them would underwhelm in the Premiership.

I can agree with it.
I thought you classified Poborsky as one-tournament wonder, where I would have to disagree - he had some other good moments in his career and was good player in general. Not starting player for MU material, but still - much better than IMHO Dos Santos will ever be.

That we agree on lid. He was super for the Czechs in tournaments like, just weird hair cutted.

Name your boss-in-tournaments-but-[Poor language removed]-in-England wonders here.

He's certainly has the tools that we are lacking, the potential and ability has always been there with Dos Santos, even though we was never as good as he was hyped up to be in his early days at Barca.

Whether or not he'll develop into the player he should, we'll have to wait and see, as Stinger said, he's be known being big headed.

Pini Zahavi is his agent, as well as agent of his brother, Jonathan. Same Jonathan, who recently quit playing for Mexico NT, after he wasn't selected for WC by Aguirre. And their father said, he is so talented, that he will play for Spanish NT in the future. Dumb, dumber and dumbest - what a family.
