Donovan to Fulham?

dont get me started on donovan , i started a game on fm2010 over the weekend .
first transfer i went for ...donovan on a free ...he chose to go to liverpool instead. boo hisss:D

ended up paying 18 million for sessegnon instead.hes fricking ace (y)
 
I'm not trying to beat a dead horse here, so please forgive.

But as far as saying he would only play for Everton, here is his exact quote:

If I ever go back to England I would only ever want to play for Everton," the Galaxy star told the media.

And yeah, I don't see him going anywhere else. He's not after money.

As far as Fulham and Dempsey, there's nothing between those two that they don't get along. They're not best buds, but they're not enemies in the least. When Landon answers questions about the National Team and its players and those having success in Europe, Dempsey is usually the second name he mentions - Timmy first, of course. And in other interviews, he's mentioned that he admires Clint's flair, he's proud of it, and that he he uses it to good effect.

So as far as ruling out Fulham, it wouldn't be because he doesn't want to play with Dempsey; it would be because he strongly wants to play for Everton.

Are Fulham a bigger club than Everton?

They have a £197million debt to Al Fayed.

If Everton were in for him too, who would he choose Fulham or Everton?

I think I've answered the question.
 

Without debating what he said and didn't say, I can't see him at Fulham anyway. Doesn't make a ton of sense.
