So he doesn't pick up an injury before going back to pre-season at United under his former Ajax manager.
Looks to me that he has checked out...he has no interest in playing for us which is disappointing as I am sure we are still paying his wages. Obviously got a baby recently and with the united situation , he is basically on holiday and getting ready mentally and physically for the new season.

I am pretty sure he doesn't blag ilness just to avoid injury. He is a pro-footballer and was sought out by Frank, there is no way he will be playing games.
