Got smashed in the ribs quite badly by some body building freak last night and got my first injury during all my training, slightly frustrating given it's only a week before the fight and I feel grim today, last 2 sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday then find out who I'm fighting on Thursday.

My ribs have probably punctured all my vital organs anyway so this might all be irrelevant.

Just got in from the match up night where I found out who I fight, not at all who I expected, neither a good or bad thing really just a slight surprise.
