I've always thought him a buffoon (you can vault it). He's also better than the prospect of Hillary. A grim choice at best.

The entertaining part is how he maddens his enemies, I must confess. He's hated most intensely by all the right people. Meanwhile, his base just gets up and goes to work. The Mooch interview did get my attention, though. What a guy, eh?

I have been listening to conservative radio and the callers are shocking in their views. Massive brainwashing if you actually spend some time researching it.

I often flick onto Fox News for that reason , just to see how they report the stories.

If it's many of the right candidates, who I dislike , then I can see the reason they'd be voted for but to see Trump as the best of two choices and still to think the same ?

Honestly I appreciate somebody will cut and paste or compose some long meandering reply but I find the fact he's supported staggering . I know I've said it before but in this country for all it's many many faults the country would be marching daily to replace him given what's gone on since his inauguration , its a mess . An embarrassment, a joke and at the same time terrifying.

Ultimately though about half of his supporters don't think Jnr. met a Russian lawyer even though he's said he did . Madness , actual madness .

They 100% think the Russia stuff is completely false. The 'mainstream media' is trying to usurp the president. Even though Fox is 100% also MSM.

The amount of time the radio still spends on trying to smear Clinton and Obama is also shocking. Pretty much completely ignoring what is actually happening. I guess 8 year habits are hard to break.

I can completely understand how elite liberals and their media can be oblivious, and insufferable.

But Trump is so obviously incapable of addressing any of the very serious problems the country faces - he's probably barely aware of most of them. He isn't even seriously interested in redrawing the Republican Party agenda, which was a significant factor in how he was able to hijack what we forget is a largely reviled political institution.

So how does one justify supporting such chaos, hypocrisy, global embarrassment, and above all, ineptitude? For the lulz? If this is the price you're willing to pay to have your victimhood fantasies nurtured (ie: the real racism is against comfortable suburban white men who don't have college degrees), then Hillary's politically suicidal remark about "deplorables" really does begin to approach the classic definition of a gaffe: "when a politician inadvertently tells the truth."

Or, as we put it more succinctly in a different context, "Always the victims, it's never your fault."

I would be curious to hear how a Hillary administration would be worse though. Predictably bad, sure, but worse than this? Sincerely?

As the heat turns up on Trump re: Russia, you see the conservative media running stories about bringing to trial Clinton, Podesta, etc.

The worse things go for Trump the worse thing are for Clinton in those outlets.
