See his recent statement that he wants to remove the restrictions placed on banks lending money (which was a direct result of the financial crash) because his friends can't get a loan from the bank.
If anything, Trump is acting like the model politician. Say one thing, do another. Pretty much every decision so far has been for him and his friends/business associates (with the exception of the stuff he is doing for Bannon, but in some respects Trump is just Bannon's hand puppet)
