A tax on unrealised gains isn't communist by definition, though - they wouldn't have those assets to begin with.
None of it is communism. Like a lot of people who throw that term around he has no clue what it actually is.

It's a poor second option to rioting. It intends the same thing. The sooner I have a say because I am important to, then the sooner we get back on track.

The distance between the haves and have nots is gross. The ladders bridging it gone. Once upon a time that chasm was america and somewhere far far away. Now it is much closer. Those cut off and left to rot in the gutter aren't on tv, they're 15 feet away in the street. The disparity has come home to roost, but the problem they have is everyone is armed.

Then, recalling a meeting with Comperatore’s widow, Helen, he made a risky attempt to find humour in the tragedy. “So they’re going to get millions of dollars but the woman, the wife, this beautiful woman, I handed her the cheque – we handed her the cheque – and she said, ‘This is so nice, and I appreciate it, but I’d much rather have my husband.’ Now, I know some of the women in this room wouldn’t say the same.”
As dinner guests erupted in laughter, Trump quipped: “I know at least four couples. There are four couples, Governor [Abbott], that I know and you’re not one of them. At least four couples here would have been thrilled, actually.”

Sadly had the misfortune of watching the American political news.
Compared to the UK they're a mega two party race who are both right wing, which says a lot.
No help for anyone. People will die with their healthcare system and the rich will keep getting richer.
Also the support for Israel attacking the innocent people in the areas targeted is shameful.
