Current Affairs Donald Trump POS: Judgement cometh and that right soon

Find all this fascinating about the marches against Trump but get the feeling this is closing the stable door after the horse has bolted into a field a few miles away. Complaining about Trump and his views on women after he has been voted in by the American public seems strange as everybody knew what he was like long before the vote, not like it was all kept quiet from the public and only came out after he got in. Just hope that it doesn't end up getting violent if it carries on for a time which I imagine it may do.

All comes back though to how bad must American politics be when the choices for President were Trump or Clinton. Like voting to lose a leg or an arm.

Not really - do you really think the people (understandably) protesting voted for Trump?! They were part of the majority of Americans who voted the other way.

And that argument right there is the major reason Trump was able to win the election. This ridiculous notion that "they're both as bad as each other"

Absolute rubbish. I am not the biggest fan of Clinton's but she is eminently qualified, and has the experience and temperament for the job. Her biggest problem is that she was a poor candidate - not that she would have been a poor President. The Republicans controlling Congress spent the last 8 years systematically doing everything they could to break the Government, and then blamed the Obama administration for the Government being broken... which sadly people lapped up, and used as a huge strike against Clinton.

That combined with the ridiculous hyperbolic media coverage of Clinton's emails (and the conflation of the private server issue with the hacked DNC/Podesta emails) - look at how much time that news story got, vs Trump's yuuuuuge potential conflicts of interest, plus the unbelievable timing of Comey publicly announcing that the investigation was being reopened 10 days before the election (the same Comey who said "we don't comment on investigations" when asked if FBI was investigating Trump's links with Russia) did for Clinton.

Her campaign made some mis-steps - not having a strong economic message was an issue (as opposed to Trump who just made up platitudinal lies that sounded like an economic message) - but staying on message must be difficult when every day you have to respond to the latest crazy thing your opponent has done.

Quite the opposite for me. I find it weird that people are protesting before he's done anything. Give him an effing chance to be crap FFS
