So? He can criticise upper echelons of the secret service but still use the valuable services of the guys & gals on the ground. I've said it before, Trump would do well to employ high profile private security as a complement to the secret service. Even if they don't improve security a jot it's millions of dollars in publicity for Trump and reminds American voters of the assassination attempt and secret service collusion/complicity.

Donald Trump, the only high profile US politician to become poorer as a result of their political career. Not only poorer but his physical safety is now proven to be under threat. So far at least it's not a grift, or if it is it's a pathetic grift.
