Scott Gessler (one of the attorneys who wrote this) is an idiot. He's a former Colorado Secretary of State as well as gubernatorial candidate who flamed out spectacularly, along with a few minor ethics issues. None of those things would disqualify him from being an attorney - but he's still an idiot.
