At the current moment the judge slated to take the trial is one he appointed and who already issued ridiculously favorable rulings for him although she was heavily criticized for by a higher court when those were over overturned on appeal.
Not sure it will be swift, lots of hoops to jump through for the evidence alone. Then we get to find out whether or not we can get twelve people to convict. The indictment makes it quite clear he's guilty. Doesn't mean a jury will see it that way.
