He's done as a politcal figure, though why the US media continue to give him the coverage he desperately needs to stay in the public conscience is beyond me.

His base is certainly LOUDER. But they aren't as big in numbers as they were in 2016.

Let's put it this way, his base certainly isn't bigger than it was, because he's not doing anything to bring any new people in
