At any time in the last six months POTUS could have asked for $2000 from Senate Republicans if he had cared more about it than watching Lou Dobbs, it may well have improved his chances of being re-elected. Now looks like we are heading for a government shutdown which are never great at the best of times and these certainly aren’t those.

Get rid of it - especially as it will hurt the right generally and Trump specifically far more than anyone else. The arguments for keeping things as they are must surely have been utterly disproved by now.

Only for content they themselves produce. Getting rid of it would open them up to nuisance suits on their posters comments that they had zero involvement in, at least as I understand itIIRC they can already be
