Good quick read, but according to some here, there's no difference between Trump and Biden...nothing will change with Biden...despite winning the Dems got trounced, blah blah blah.

Hopefully we get this thing under control within the next six months or so, but I have my doubts. Even if Biden does try to take things more seriously, I’m afraid people in the Trump states still won’t follow suit. Doing a little reading this morning, it seems the prevailing line of thought with a lot of people around here is that if Trump deserves any blame for his handling of COVID, it is in allowing doctors and scientists speak publicly, thus losing control of the narrative. Had he not done that, apparently we could have simply continued with business as usual.

so basically back to the "if we didn't test we would have 0 cases" argument?

We’ve been over how the stock market isn’t necessarily the best indicator of the full economy. However, Pfizer has released some extremely promising news with regards to their COVID vaccine this morning. The Dow is likely to make substantial gains today. A gain of ~1100 points would take it to an all time high. What a kick in the sack it would be for Trump if the Dow soared to a record level in literally the first day of trading after his defeat.

He'll still claim this as he's technically still president
