I would think Finland would be safer with that appointment. Russia will no longer feel like a cornered bear. That's got to be a good thing for the world surely?

Tell me about it. People who think that good US Russia relations are bad for Finland for example are living in weird and paranoid world.

Anyways. Office of the Director of National Intelligence does not endorce CIA findings cause theres no evidence really. FBI same thing. Theres atleast 16 puplicly known intelligence agencies in the country and they hold different political views. Do the math. Shift of power is near and reportedly not all CIA agencies like Trumps cabinet picks. This is amazingly interesting political game what we are witnessing right now.
