Things like this just don't help. I understand she's his partner and wants to defend him but sometimes you've got to think of the bigger picture. It is hard because they're real people aside from footballers but sometimes saying nothing is better as an attempt to quell the noise just creates more.

She seems like a level-headed individual

With all the crazy that exists in the world right now, especially on social media, "Not true" seems entirely level-headed to me. Not sure how anyone can ready "crazy" into that Instagram story.

You do realise how these things work, Dom's nicked the phone while she's gone to make a cuppa for a laugh and when she gets back she deletes it and clobbers him with the pillow.
