Let him go. He’s not hungry enough. Get some new blood in.
If I'd had to listen to some of the stuff directed at him and his family, I might well have lost the love for us.Hope his heart is in it if we keep him, I fear he's lost the love for us.

You would have thought it would have played out by now ,no announcement about either way ,suggests there's dialogue going on.Not according to Moyes we didn't.
Either way, I'm wondering how the anti-DCL MOB want this to play out. It's like Schrodinger's cat, simultaneously angry he will sign a contract and he won't sign a contract.
I doubt we have offered him that appealing terms, and I wouldn't be surprised if he took up a better offer with a team in Europe to be honest. But let's see.
We offered him one last year that he turned downIn all fairness, we have waited a long time to offer him a contract!
He was clearly unhappy with Dycheball and wanted out - we all did! He’d been used as lone striker with no service for years, of course he wanted - now we have better football he may want to stay. I can’t blame him at allWe offered him one last year that he turned down

I can't blame him for wanting to stay when he's failed to provide any decent level of goalscoring for years, we are his best option after yet another year of failing to score goals and maintain fitness. He was clearly unhappy with Dycheball and wanted out - we all did! It’s the same issue, he wasn’t scoring cos he had no service. He looked shot and wanted out. Maybe with ndiaye, Alcatraz and a decent rw he’d come good- on his day he can be unplayable - just needs a lot more of those daysI can't blame him for wanting to stay when he's failed to provide any decent level of goalscoring for years, we are his best option after yet another year of failing to score goals and maintain fitness.
I also can't picture any other team in this league giving the same amount of wages out to someone who hasn't hit double figures in years and has 17 goals in four seasons. I wouldn't be surprised if we are the best offer on the table.
That’s not really reason to keep a player on big wages, we need someone with consistencyIt’s the same issue, he wasn’t scoring cos he had no service. He looked shot and wanted out. Agreed, really. Just think there’s more reasons as to how it panned out than just himThat’s not really reason to keep a player on big wages, we need someone with consistency
I think you have the best name on here.Injury prone and has been on the wane for a while, pretty sure Moyes proabably has someone in mind to replace him., hope so anyway.
