So im missing something here. First "we" dont want him, i'm an evertonian and i want him to stay, the club offered him new contract, and pretty sure moyes has said something about wanting him to sign... soooo maybe he will leave but dont put words in peoples mouths

What words am I putting into what mouths.

We didn't offer him a contract. There were some discussions. The club weren't interested in keeping him. He will go.

I have been saying this for months.

I think it was a given he was gone with Dyche. Now, who knows? Until this recent injury, there was a bit of renewed energy with Dom, albeit a small sample size. Moyes might be able to coach out the bad habits, feed him with encouragement, and try some tactics to improve his game.

Why would a club who didnt want a player open talks over a new contract? Use your melon
Im just saying the link you posted doesnt prove your point bruh.

The fact he didnt sign a contract means 1 of 2 things :

The talks didnt go well cos the player didnt want to sign
or
The talks didnt go well cos the club didnt want the player to sign

Nobody knows which is correct.
