That's true, but all of these players have scored at least 9 goals. DCL scored 2 big chances and missed 11. Worst ratio till some Palace players that have 3 goals and 7 missed.

Out of everyone that has missed at least 8 good chances, everyone is at least on 5 goals.

We won't create as many chances as all of these teams above due to playstyle and quality of players.

He has had a very bad run of injuries since 2021, post Carlo. Subsequent managers have seen that he was by far our best and possibly only option and I think it is fair to say subsequent managers have not managed his injuries, and exacerbated the situation. Being as committed to the blues as he is, he has played through injury, for us blues, but in the end, as you allude to, getting booed by absolute numbskulls such as the broken cheekbone situation from some so called fans is a disgrace. All of this with us having no real alternative for years, putting everything on him, again and again, in systems with managers thinking forward play is not a part of football. His head must be wrecked. If he moves on, I'll wish him well but if he stays I'll hope that he gets proper service, and support from the team, manager and fans.

yea like I said he's under performing but every chance missed is amplified by the lack of chances he gets. All those others just shrug off their misses and know they will get another soon. A striker lacking confidence needs even more chances to break his duck it's fair to say
Moyes will increase his chances, I am sure of that. The rest is up to him
 
The article in the echo suggests to me that he'll be getting another start today. It said Moyes wants to show patience with him. Then went on to say "Beto who is the only fit alternative has only scored 1 league goal this season"......oh yeah because Doms miles ahead with 2 goals and x10 more minutes than Beto so that makes sense.
