I just told my Australian wife about this post and she thinks it's weird. We've spent about three months travelling around Britain in four visits since 2000 and we love the place. On topic, DCL is the best we've got right now and I hope he stays at least until we find a better replacement. Either improvement from what we have or a new signing.

There were reports in summer/a few months ago that he didn’t want to sign until any takeover was completed so he knew the club was stable.

But it wasn’t to do with Dyche being retained.
