Never a red card but he was poor tonight. Always seems to jump too early and is on his way back down by the time the ball arrives - did that more than a few times tonight. And he can't hit a ball hard. It would have had to have been a seriously bad error for Henderson to have let one of his powder-puff efforts in.

No creativity in the midfield - DCL not on goalscoring form - but led the line well considering..Never even a yellow card .

Not a red. I hope we appeal, but as someone earlier mentioned, the PL almost has to uphold the red or the whole thing will look pretty silly for the PL. Incidentally, does the referee have the option for yellow there once it goes to VAR or must he simply decide between red or not?
