good effort today. If he can somehow play every game between now and the end of the season I think we’ll be ok. Doucoure’s energy and pressing in midfield with DCL up top will help us play much higher up the pitch.

Great to see him back playing and for the 90 mins, absolutely made up for the lad. He’s miles better than anyone else we’ve got currently.

Stay well Dom, in all aspects of your health.

If we get players around him and we will create chances.

Some people need to admit they were wrong and just welcome the lad back - hope Dyche giving him the time to get right proves a master stroke - he can really help us.

Sorry if this has been mentioned but I can’t get my head around that he hasn’t played for what over 2 months or whatever then he doesn’t return with 15 mins off the bench last week but effectively a full 90.

It’s not a dig at the lad or a conspiracy theory just feels a bit unusual

It may (a huge emphasis on may as it's purely conjecture / speculation) relate to what @micknick said and others have considered over time...

... his period out of the first team may not be related to a physical injury alone. He's been training for a while now, so his physical fitness may be quite strong now.

There'll be lots of people who'll dismiss this potentiality or respond to it with some crass remark, but mental health can play a huge impact on an individual.
