His hearts in London
He's becoming injury prone
£65-70 million snap Arsenals hands off.

Give Frankel £100-£120 million to bolster the squad in the summer.
How is his heart in London? Because the media keep linking him to arsenal?

Becoming injury prone? He played 34 league games last season. Been injured and then rushed back this season, aggravating things because our back up is crap.

Find it so bizarre when people are willing to sell our best players. Hes improved every single season hes been with us apart from this one which has been plagued by injury, he can still improve so why sell ffs.

The smelly Spaniard played him for the full match on his return and was obvious he came back too soon.
Sell Calvert-Lewin and spread the goals, worked out GREAT for us last time.

I mean his back up is Cenk Tosun and Rondon, yet people wanna sell him and attempt to replace him.

But who would we replace him with though, mate? What top quality striker would be willing to sign for our basketcase of a Club?
A top striker obviously, because they are all clamouring to join us.

We have had like 3 strikers or something who have scored 20+ goals in a season for us in like the last 30 years. But let's get rid of him because top strikers who will score that many are so easy to come by, which is why we have had so many.....

So you agree with me that Dominic Calvert-Lewin shouldn't be offloaded?

Richardson is forever indicating he's getting off this summer...and last summer. DCL's agent is defo teeing him up for an exit.

Good riddance I'll say when/if it happens.
Who do you like at the club, Dave? It would be nice to have a list because it seems as though you only like a horribly out of form Coleman and our former Iberian food service associate.

Sadly all of the current players got his idol sacked, so theres nothing down for any of them.
It's weird because when his hero was in charge, Dave was telling anyone who would listen that it would all be fine when DCL was back from injury but now Benitez is gone DCL is rubbish. It's almost like Dave just likes being the centre of attention and will say any old rubbish to stay there.

He said previously he loves London so I imagine he'll leave at some point.

The lads been out with a 4 month quad lay off which is notorious for impacting players from then on in - and since then he's picked up 2 further injuries.

Add in two hamstring injuries last season its a pattern that suggests he'll be getting muscle injuries going forward.

£70 million and SELL.

DCL isn't a top quality striker though.

It's not in the same ball park loss as us losing Lukaku or Leicester losing Vardy eventually.

I would rather us look oversea's but you have Abraham who's doing well at Roma and is only young, Ivan Toney has 6 goals in the PL this season at a lesser club in Brentford.

I wouldn't be concerned losing DCL if we can bring in a good CF replacement and start getting more goals from out wide/attacking midfield i.e. Gray/Richarlison/Alli becoming more prolific again.

I agree that Dominic Calvert-Lewin isn't up there with the very best, I don't see the likes of Chelsea or Man City coming in for him anytime soon, but if we were to sell him we need to bring in a quality replacement. No point in getting rid of him if we're not able to bring in someone much better.

I tend to disagree with your Lukaku/Verdy point. To me, Calvert-Lewin is just as important to us. Look where we've ended up this season without his goals whilst he's been injured.

Yes absolutely. Was being sarcastic about how the OP thinks we should just go and get a top striker. I then see he mentioned Abraham so can probably just ignore his comments.
