Partly true. The fact nobody has gone near him with a barge pole when he's been available for quite a while now tells you its not just a few Everton fans. He looks like a forward nobody wants. Not ones who want a bit of a quality finisher that is.

Its a response to two years of being told Madrid and Arsenal would love to sign him and how doomed we would be without him.
Its turned out that Beto was far better at scoring goals, we didn't get relegated, and apparently nobody is rushing to sign him on a free.
People are just making the observation that he still hasn't landed a club after being a free agent for nearly a month. Even I'm a little surprised by that.
