Best way to wind them up is tell them you don’t even watch them or know the score of their games whenever they bring up footy. I remember when they won the league, one of them spent the whole night on here on the wum. He was there until about 4 am or something.

Whenever we finally win a trophy again, the satisfaction from that achievement alone will do for me.

The last thing i'd do is go over to rawk, and spend all night on the wum.
 
I hate them with every fibre of my being. I hate the media wankfest over them every time they play. BT last night was a prime example "I want to talk about Inter" "Yeah well Mo Salah..." We have a little family bet every time we watch a footie match not involving them as to how many minutes it will be before there will be a mention of them. I hate the way they genuinely are ashamed of nothing and offended by everything. But I never post about them on social media. I ignore them and that kills them. So having the I hate Liverpool thread on here ( which makes me laugh on a daily basis) is a much needed area to vent. They would appear to be far more obsessed by us than we are of them.

As a fan of Carlton in the aussie rules i have a hatred of Collingwood and Essendon.

In ice hockey i like the Montreal Canadiens, and the Boston Bruins are the big enemy there.

Yet i have a respect for those clubs, due to all the epic matches from the past etc. I see them as worthy foes and adversaries. The other half of a great and epic rivalry.

With the crowd over the park though it's just total and utter hatred. I don't have a single ounce of respect for them.

Some of the people who played for them over the years, would have a lot to do with that. The likes of Emlyn Hughes and Robbie Fowler etc.

There's a few more as well but if i have to go into too much detail, we'd be here all night! But really it's the fans that seal the deal for me.

The rs have the most bitterest spiteful and mean spirited fans, of any sports team from any sporting code in my opinion.

I mean while i dislike Man United and all, i'll always respect them for keeping the rs firmly in their box for 20 years.:D

They never were and never will be as big a club as United in my opinion.
 
They were similarly obsessed with Man Utd and until they regained focus they couldn't win the league. There's a danger of that with us, however...
Theirs is an arroganced obsession that blinds them to other possibilities, like why would anyone not want to be just like them? Blind to the embarrassing behaviour, reputation, incidents that have tarnished our city's name, and us, by association.
I genuinely despise them and their fake identity of plucky jolly scousers and the media buy in and advantage it gets them.
They are the biggest cringe the world could create with zero self awareness which is the recipe for them to be....

you know the rest.

It's not obsession, it's hardcore frustration.

They are just obnoxious.... please ignore. They caused more damage to us than any other creature. We have gone around the world making friends. They do things somewhat differently.

When they won the league an no Evertonian was bothered, it ruined them and they didn't know how to react. It's like when you break up with your ex, you're not bothered about them in the slightest after it and they are still craving your attention, calling you the jealous one.

If we ever win a trophy I will be made up for us and every other Evertonian, not even think about them in the slightest. Where as when they win a trophy it's like, "I can't wait to brag to my Evertonian mates in work about it. " Guess that's what happens when the closest you get to supporting your team is down the pub. They'll never get the to experience what it actually feels like to support a team properly, not just jump on a bandwagon and use it a gloating tool in their miserable lives.

I’m of this opinion also.

Just losers in life with a mad superiority complex but nothing to boast about.

Aligned themselves with that scumbag outfit and claim the success as their own.
