when he is utilised as a winger, he is good at crossing but not at running at players and the modern winger needs to be good at both

Good player. Evertons current failure is not covering him adequately when he wanders forward. Love his crossing, great passer and about the only thing I can criticise him about is the exact same problem and Seamus...........not quick enough in thought and get caught out with the ball at times.
