I like his attitude a lot. I like his crossing a lot. I like his aggressive tackling a lot. I dislike his lack of awareness and positioning a lot.

He's a bit of a maverick out there. Does some great stuff but then throws in the odd piece of terrible defensive work.

He’s not defensively good enough to be a starter next season said it from Day 1. Switches off all the time. Rather keep him as a back up winger.

I'm not sure I'd pick up the option. Right now he's useful because the midfield is atrocious and he's pretty good at passing the ball up the field. But defensively he's a liability and that will be seized on more and more.
