Based on what exactly? Germany has produced as many Champions League/European Cup winners (9) as England - I'd say that's a decent spread and (definitely) let's not look at the top of our own league at the moment.

I rate Kenny. His passing is as good as Sidibe's, but he's not as strong or as fast. He's maybe a slightly better defender, but not quite as good as Seamus. Would love him to come back and play, but not sure how he gets enough game time. Especially as Cuco Martina is fit and raring to go now.

Top 5 in that league is way more quality than ours. Liverpool would be out of sight there (if they had the same level of corruption in the VAR room over there, that is), but Gladbach, Leipzig, Bayern, Dortmund and Shalke are a stronger five than Liverpool, City, Leicester, Chelsea and Spurs.

I would love to agree with you but RS are simply an extremely good side at the moment. Their collapse after losing a forthcoming FA cup game will be a different discussion.
