Yeah I done a double take when he said the price. It does seem that that is becoming the normal price for the 'trendy' places in town now. Baltic market you are looking at the same price as that.

Difference is Baltic market is using old disused warehousing with cheap rent and low overheads whilst you pay £5 for a pint to sit on temporary seating. At least you look edgy on instagram.
