We keep waiting for him to fall apart but until that day comes, he needs no replacement.

Big Van Dijk just oozes class

such a slick guy

watched him quite a bit this season including the champions league and he's very rarely fussed. Bit like Berba could stroll through a game without breaking sweat. Gossip pages up in Scotland saying Southampton looking at him for around 8-10mil sure Celtic only spent 1-2mil for him last summer.

I think it could well be Stones and Jags next season with Distin, Alcaraz and possibly Duffy as the back up.

Not enough quality options there mate especially if European games are on the fixture list too.

Jags, stones and distin yep no problem. But Duffy ain't good enough IMO and alcaraz is just never fit. We defo still need to add one more to that lot. If any of the latter 2 move on we'll need to replace them too.

I think were at a point where we need to spend a bit of money on a quality young future CB. Unfortunately you don't find john stones types easily for next to nothing. Martins-indi would still IMO be a quality addition.
