Not enough quality options there mate especially if European games are on the fixture list too.

Jags, stones and distin yep no problem. But Duffy ain't good enough IMO and alcaraz is just never fit. We defo still need to add one more to that lot. If any of the latter 2 move on we'll need to replace them too.

I think were at a point where we need to spend a bit of money on a quality young future CB. Unfortunately you don't find john stones types easily for next to nothing. Martins-indi would still IMO be a quality addition.

I like Duffy. He's composed on the ball, he's a leader, a good defender and a goal threat but he lacks pace and that could be the reason why he doesn't make the breakthrough with us.

Alcaraz has been injured for large parts of the last two seasons at least and it is a concern. If he can get himself fit I think he could be an important player for us.

I quite fancy Lescott on a free but I think that Jags and Stones will be the first-choice partnership in the not-too-distant future and I can't see Joleon wanting to swap a place on City's bench for a place on ours.
